Fortuna was in a great location, within walking distance of the main square and Wawel Castle. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, with a good variety of options. The staff at Fortuna were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with transfers and any questions we had. The hotel had a lovely ambiance, with comfortable beds and a hot shower. The free wifi throughout the hotel was a bonus.
Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊

The room was cold.We asked for an alarm call we did'nt get on. Some residents I think Polish during the night banging on doors and shouting abusive language!
